Pedro Matos, Reality Show Exhibition
Pedro Matos aka DRONE is an young and entirely self taught portuguese artist. He just hosted his solo exhibition at Montana Shop & Gallery in Lisbon last friday, June the 4th. It will be up until June 30. Along with him and taking good care of our ears were DJ Glue and Voodookid aka Rui Louro .
His figurative painting skills are mixed with urban sensibility and his work is specialised in lead, ink. Pedro Matos paints images that depict the individuals he believes are under-appreciated in society, often placing his gritty work on the streets.
Pedro has already exhibited in the internationally renowned Carmichael Gallery in Los Angeles and was recently featured in the Art Stars exhibition.
